Inspired by the legend of Captain Robert Rodgers and life in the colony, near the street murals and redzone of yesterday, and beyond the old refinery walls at the edge of this Island is the lighthouse, Colorado Point.
Started in 2022, Our goal is developing new and exciting real estate on the Island in San Nicolas, we hope to enjoy beautiful sunny days forever.
