Inspired by the legend of Captain Robert Rodgers and life in the Colony, near the hipster street art and Red Light District of downtown San Nicolas and beyond the old refinery walls at the edge of the Island is the lighthouse, Colorado Point.
Started in 2022, Our goal is developing new and exciting real estate on the Island in San Nicolas, we hope to enjoy beautiful sunny days forever.
